Plantation
Aarambh Trust for Women and Children is deeply committed to environmental conservation and sustainable living. As part of this commitment, the Trust organizes annual plantation drives every year, reinforcing the importance of a greener and healthier environment.
These plantation drives are conducted in schools, villages, parks, and community spaces, with active participation from children, women, volunteers, and local residents. Saplings of native and environment-friendly species are planted to ensure better survival rates and long-term ecological balance.
Beyond planting trees, Aarambh emphasizes environmental awareness and responsibility. Participants are educated about the importance of trees in combating climate change, improving air quality, conserving biodiversity, and enhancing overall well-being. Children are encouraged to nurture the saplings, instilling a sense of ownership and care for nature from an early age.
Through consistent follow-up and community involvement, Aarambh ensures that these plantation drives translate into lasting green cover rather than symbolic gestures. Each year, these efforts contribute to cleaner surroundings, increased green spaces, and a stronger connection between people and
nature.
Aarambh’s annual plantation drives stand as a reminder that small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful environmental impact and a sustainable future for generations to come.
